Federal Program for the Arts Art Boomerang is a program that seeks to cover the needs and artistic and intellectual development of visual artists from different disciplines living in Argentina.

Through consolidation, integration, as well as the mobilization and management of individual and local, public and private institutions aims to bring the productions and thoughts of artists within their place of origin and in other contexts and territories.
